Clear information about ticket validity, checkout, delivery, event changes and the support available when you purchase through JTicketing.
Ticket validity guarantee
JTicketing guarantees that the ticket we supply corresponds to your confirmed order and is valid for the stated event, subject to organiser changes. If we supplied the wrong or an invalid ticket, contact us immediately and we will investigate and provide a suitable replacement or refund where appropriate. Admission cannot be guaranteed where entry is refused because of buyer conduct, venue requirements, late arrival, identification issues, ticket sharing or other circumstances outside JTicketing's control.
What is not covered?
The ticket validity guarantee does not cover entry refusal caused by:
- Arriving late or going to the wrong entrance
- Not meeting age, identification, dress or venue requirements
- Intoxication, misconduct or removal by venue security
- Sharing, transferring, reselling or publicly exposing the ticket barcode
- The ticket being used previously by the buyer or someone given access to it
- Failure to download, print or present the ticket properly
- Event-organiser or venue decisions unrelated to ticket validity
- Providing incorrect buyer information where matching details are required

Are JTicketing tickets authentic?
Tickets sourced and sold directly by JTicketing are checked for legitimacy. The ticket supplied must correspond to the confirmed order and be valid for the stated event, subject to subsequent organiser changes.
What happens if JTicketing supplies the wrong or an invalid ticket?
Contact JTicketing immediately. We will verify the ticket against the confirmed order and investigate the issue. Where JTicketing supplied the wrong or an invalid ticket, we will provide a suitable replacement or refund where appropriate. The resolution depends on the circumstances of the case.
Can ticket prices be above face value?
Yes. Prices may be above the original face value because of sourcing costs, demand and availability. The ticket subtotal, payment platform fee and final total are shown before payment.
How long are tickets held during checkout?
Adding tickets to the cart creates a temporary reservation for approximately ten minutes. The ticket is secured only after payment is confirmed. If payment is not confirmed before the deadline, the hold is released.
How are payments processed?
JTicketing accepts Malaysian online banking through FPX, Malaysia-issued Visa or Mastercard, and foreign-issued Visa or Mastercard. Payments are processed through Billplz or Stripe using the method selected at checkout.
When will my ticket be delivered?
JTicketing provides e-tickets and PAH (Print-at-Home) tickets by email or WhatsApp. If the organiser has already released the ticket, it will be delivered within 24 hours after payment confirmation. If it has not been released, the 24-hour period does not apply and delivery will take place after JTicketing receives it from the organiser.
What happens if an event is postponed or rescheduled?
The ticket normally remains valid for the new date. Completed purchases are non-refundable unless the event organiser's applicable policy specifically provides otherwise.
What happens if an event is cancelled?
Completed purchases remain subject to the event organiser's applicable cancellation policy. JTicketing will share any remedy authorised by the organiser.
